John is Global Managing Partner, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Finovate, where he oversees global strategy and operations, preserving Bain’s renowned culture. With over 20 years of experience at the firm, John has advised CEOs globally and is a recognized expert in operational advisory and value creation for portfolio companies.

He has extensive experience in private equity, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and consumer products. John is also involved in sustainability initiatives and serves on the Board of Directors of Cancer, a nonprofit organization committed to fighting pediatric cancer. He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering and multilingual corporate communications from Ghent University and resides in New York City.
